Still fairly quiet on the birding front, but waders continue to arrive in good numbers. In the Middlebere Channel 135+ Curlew were present which is a notable late June total, also 8 Black-tailed Godwit, 4 Sandwich Tern and a Nightjar heard over at Arne. At Lytchett Bay there were 7 Green Sandpiper, 1 Spotted Redshank, 100+ Black-tailed Godwit and still numerous Lapwing
