A damp day, with sightings highlights including a drake adult Eider off Jerry’s Point. A Great White Egret and male Merlin were seen from Rock Lea View at Lytchett Bay this morning, with raptor activity continuing over Lytchett Fields with 2 Marsh Harrier and a Peregrine reported. Wader counts at Lytchett Felds were good including 118 Lapwing, 115 Black-tailed Godwit, 119 Redshank, 1 Spotted Redshank and 1 Green Sandpiper.
