It was good to hear of several more new arrivals today including the first Slavonian Grebe of the winter out in Brands Bay and the first 5 Goldeneye there too. Out off Middle Beach, Studland 6 Black-necked Grebe, 1 Great Northern Diver and 4 Common ScoterĀ were out on the water and 2 White-tailed Eagle were in the Wareham Channel. This morning c22 Cattle Egret flew over the Wareham bypass heading up the Frome Valley. A Water Pipit was at Lytchett Bay this morning, 5 Marsh Harrier were at Swineham, 16 Spoonbill were on Shipstal at RSPB Arne and another was in Lytchett Bay.
