Plenty going on today, including multiple sightings of 2 Common Crane which were moving around (mostly at height) around the lower river valleys between Swineham and Keysworth. Raptors were well logged across the harbour today including a Scottish ringed adult Osprey which visited our Osprey pair at Carey early morning, and 2 White-tailed Eagles were seen over the Wareham Channel and the upper Piddle Valley. Red Kites were moving about with 5+ logged over Wareham this afternoon and a Hobby was over Carey Secret Garden this afternoon. The Cattle Egret flock of c50 birds was still active on Wareham Common this morning and the Pink-footed Goose was off Swineham Point this afternoon.
