Summers back! A stunner of a day, and with the warmth it really got the Nightjars going this evening with 10+ on Slepe Heath going crazy with territorial chasing and plenty of calls and song. This evening 2 Osprey flew in over Upton towards Lytchett Fields and weirdly about 20 mins later one was circling over central Lytchett Matravers. There were also Osprey sightings in the Wareham Channel and Middlebere. On Brownsea 2 Spoonbill remained and the male Red-breasted Merganser was on the lagoon again.
