Male White-tailed Eagle was seen in the Corfe Gap this afternoon but not seen anywhere else so we’re not sure where he’d been during the bulk of the day. Here’s hoping he sticks around for tomorrows public bird boat. Elsewhere the Red-necked Grebe was still off Pilots Point with a Great Northern Diver. In Brands Bay there was 1 Great Northern Diver, 1 Black-necked Grebe and 26 Red-breasted Merganser with a Great White Egret on Goathorn.
