Birds of Poole Harbour Swift Box Camera

Thanks to fundraising back in 2023 as part of our Swift Communities Project with the Aviva Save our Wild Isles Community Fund, we are able to launch a brand new live webcam, featuring a Swift nest box in Wareham. This webcam will hopefully offer a fascinating insight into the nesting behaviour of a species which is rarely seen close-up and not in flight! The pair which usually inhabits this box successfully fledged young last year, and one adult has returned and has been roosting in the box. Fingers crossed for another successful season for them.
